First, you’ll get to visit Friðheimar farm, a well-known greenhouse powered by Iceland’s geothermal heat. There, you’ll be able to walk through the tomato vines, smell the earth, and even see the pollinating bees! You will then sit down for some of the best tomato soup you’ll ever taste along with some freshly baked bread and Icelandic butter. Or maybe that Bloody Mary we mentioned before, made from tomatoes picked minutes ago.
Once your belly is full and you've learned a thing or two about Icelandic farming, you'll head to the classics. Geysir, erupting every few minutes. Gullfoss, roaring into its canyon. And finally, Þingvellir, where continents drift apart and Iceland's parliament (and the world’s first) was born.
