- Water damage and river crossingsAbsolutely zero coverage offered. Excluded across all protection plans with no exceptions.
- Motorhome-specific wind limitsMotorhomes are not to be driven if sustained winds exceed 15 m/sec or gusts exceed 20 m/sec. Ignore it and damage occurs? You pay in full, coverage or not.
- F-roads without an approved 4x42WD vehicles cannot enter F-roads, Kjölur (35), or Kaldidalur (550). Breach of this rule carries a heavy fine equal to your deductible, plus full financial responsibility for all damages incurred.
- Reckless drivingGross negligence, unregistered drivers, driving under the influence, racing, test driving, and any intentional act are not covered.
- Closed roadsDriving on closed roads or tracks with no road number is forbidden outright.

We rented a camper van from Europcar for our trip around Iceland, and the experience was absolutely seamless. The staff was incredibly nice and super helpful right from the start. They took the time to explain every detail about the camper, ensuring we knew exactly how everything worked before we hit the road. It was also incredibly reassuring to know that they were ready to assist us over the phone at any point during our trip if needed. The whole process was quick, efficient, and highly professional. If you are planning to travel around Iceland, I highly recommend renting from them! Greetings to Polish Team!

This was an absolutely wonderful company to rent from. We rented a motor home for 14 days. They kindly showed us all of the working components of the motor home- how to turn on/off heater, water heater, etc. where the propane tanks were, how to dump grey water/waste etc. they provided a tablet that had the basic apps on it-camping locations in Iceland, road conditions etc. the app also provided wifi for us as well. Further, anytime we had a question, we could text or call them via WhatsApp with our questions & they would promptly reply. The RV itself was clean, had comfortable beds, and was well equipped with pots/pans etc. the check in/check out process was smooth, and easy. Transportation to/from airport was easy as well. I would happily, and absolutely rent from them again!

We had a great experience renting a motorhome from Europcar Holdur Motorhome Center in Iceland. The pickup process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful in explaining the vehicle and its features. The motorhome was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our road trip around the country. The vehicle performed reliably throughout the journey, and the flexibility of having accommodation and transport combined made exploring Iceland much easier. The return process was also straightforward and efficient. Overall, a professional service and a great way to experience Iceland. Highly recommended for anyone planning a campervan or motorhome adventure.
