  Staff was very polite. We waited 5 minutes at the airport max. Took 6-8 minutes to the office, all procces was done super fast. Car was in great condition, very clean. Returning vehicle was superfast, driver waited us to finish and drove us to the airport. We recommend them 👍

  Easy booking and fast pickup, despite we had to wait almoast an hour for shuttle from airport to the office. Car was ok, only the connection via android auto broke every 5 seconds. Returning car fast and without any problems. Recommendation for this company

  We rented a rooftop tent for our family of three. It fit us all perfectly & we had decent sleeps. It was cold/rainy for 90% of our trip, we rented sleeping bags/pillows from the rental place as well but we should have rented additional items as it wasn’t quite warm enough (sleeping bags were good for warmer weather ie. pretty thin). The tent was older and had a few holes/gaps but if you park in the right wind direction you don’t get soaked! Unfortunately we did get a speeding ticket in one of the tunnels & the rental company is supposed to give your information to the police so the ticket can be mailed/emailed to you. They were completed unhelpful for this, we ended up calling the police ourselves as there is a 14 day window to give your information/get a reduced rate for ticket payment. The police were helpful but did say they expect this information from the rental company. All in all, we were satisfied with our rental & had a good trip in Iceland & would rent from here again.

  From booking and receiving all the relevant information , pick up at the airport and returning the car, effortless. Waited less than 10 mins at the airport after landing to be taken to the compound . Staff really friendly and helpful . Everything explained perfectly , no hard sell of insurance etc ( we had ours already in place through booking site ), had an issue within 5 minutes of leaving the pick up point with the service light and passanger door not opening. Returned it, and was immediately given a replacement no issues at all, staff very apologetic and good humour leaving a colleague locked in the car ! Car very clean , well maintained and all previous damage ( minor ) recorded and pointed out to us . Drop off straight forward , still waiting for the deposit to go back on my credit card ( explained it could take upto 30 days ) but no issues at all. Thanks for providing top service that made our Icelandic road trip unforgettable . Vehicle hired - Dacia Duster 4x4
