But here is where this specific tour gets special. After the three big names and classics, you go off the map and into an adventure. A Super Jeep will take you high into the Highlands of Iceland, where the road ends and the glacier begins. You'll switch the four wheels of your Jeep for a snowmobile and spend an hour exploring the imposing Langjökull glacier, Iceland's second-largest ice cap.
Don't worry about the gear; Mountaineers of Iceland provides the snowmobile suit and helmet, so all you have to worry about is enjoying the experience. Oh, and a driver's license if you don't want to be a passenger princess.

- Pick-up & drop-off from Reykjavik downtown bus stops & hotels.
- Order of the day: Þingvellir → Geysir → Gullfoss → Langjökull snowmobile.
- Note that every stop has a short guided walk.

Important information
- A valid driver’s license is required if you want to drive.
- Two persons share the same snowmobile; an additional cost applies for a single rider per vehicle.
- Please bring snacks and drinks. You can buy some at Geysir Cantina and Gullfoss Cafe, but since this is a long tour, it is better to have provisions.
- Make sure you bring a waterproof jacket and pants, headwear, and gloves. Sturdy hiking shoes are highly recommended.
- Ages 6+. Max one child per adult; adult supervision required.
