  Glenn will take great care of you! He helped me make the most of my short time in beautiful Iceland. Suggested a spectacular day trip that I’ll never forget! He also drove me to the airport so I wouldn’t miss my flight. Recommend renting with Go Car, 10/10 service.

  Overall a good experience with Go Campers. The shuttle to and from the airport was reliable and we had an excellent driver Gilbert. Our campervan was clean and comfortable and handled our 10 day roadtrip very well. When we had issues on the road, the support was helpful. Also I would recommend getting at least Gold insurance because our windscreen got cracked by gravel and we didn’t need to pay anything. Overall, very satisfied.

  Overall, the experience is great. I enjoy driving the subaru forester everyday during my stay in Iceland, however, there are a couple of minor issues that I came across. 1. The Subaru Eyesight safety system on the Forester that I rented seems to be malfunctioning. It only works 1% of the time, I guess it is due to a possible windshield replacement previously. It wasn't a deal breaker, but it will definitely be nicer and more convenient to have the Subaru Eyesight system active during long road trips, since the cruise control system is integrated into the Eyesight system in Subaru cars. 2. The remote key had a low battery when I got it. I then replaced the key battery myself, as I don't want to have any issues turning on the car during my trip. The keyless entry on the driver's side door doesn't work, I either have to press the unlock key button every time or put my hand on the passenger side handle to lock/unlock. 3. When I booked my rental, I really wanted a Subaru Forester. Therefore, when I booked it on the website, I picked the Subaru Forester category. The first rental agreement they sent me via email is also a Subaru Forester, however when I arrived, the car that was waiting for me was a Toyota Rav4, I understand that Rav4 and Forester are in the same category of car and the arrangement of cars is complicated, but it will be nice if I can guarantee a model of car when I was making the reservation, (as some rentals in japan allow to guarantee a model of car for a bit of extra fee). But in the end, I still received a Subaru Forester because the trunk of the Rav4 was not working. Despite the above issues, overall the customer service is great, they arranged a pick up even though my flight arrived at midnight, the self pickup and drop off works seamlessly and quickly, and as I went back the next morning about the problem of the rav4 they soon arranged a replacement vehicle for me (which is the Forester that I really wanted)

  Our experience with Go Car Rentals was simply excellent! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They upgraded us to a higher-class car than the one we had booked, thank you for that. Would definitely use again and will be recommending to anyone coming to rent a car from here.
